Jouw baan als Teamleider Debiteurenbeheer bij RECO In deze rol combineer je de uitvoering van dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden binnen Debiteurenbeheer met het aansturen van een team van vier collega's. Je bent een meewerkend teamleider die energie krijgt van zowel de inhoud als het begeleiden van collega's. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder verbeteren van (facturatie-)processen binnen de afdeling en de onderneming. Je beheert je eigen debiteurenportefeuille en werkt samen met vier collega's om betalingsprocessen soepel te laten verlopen. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen Finance, Sales en de klant. Je stimuleert tijdige betalingen door actief en gestructureerd debiteurenbeheer. Met jouw open en vriendelijke persoonlijkheid leg je gemakkelijk contact, intern én extern. Je weet uitstaande posten scherp te monitoren en bevordert betalingen op een heldere, correcte en vasthoudende manier, altijd binnen de kaders van RECO. Daarnaast houdt je klantdossiers actueel, denkt mee over procesverbeteringen, inrichting van rapportages en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling.
