- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de voorraadstrategie voor jouw sportafdeling - Je coacht en motiveert je verkoopteam naar betere prestaties - Je zorgt voor aantrekkelijke merchandising en optimaal voorraadbeheer - Je scout nieuw talent en helpt teamleden naar het volgende niveau - Je draagt bij aan duurzame bedrijfsvoering en excellente klantenservice - Je bepaalt de commerciële strategie voor jouw sportafdeling
