Wil jij binnen 3 tot 5 jaar je eigen Decathlon-winkel runnen? Als Teamleider start je in een high-speed traineeship waarin we je klaarstomen voor een toekomst als Storeleader.

Jouw rol - Ownership: Jij runt je eigen sportafdeling als ware het je eigen zaak. Van voorraadstrategie tot het coachen van je team, jij hebt de regie over groei en resultaten. - Lead your team: Jij recruteert, coacht en motiveert je eigen team. Je herkent talent en helpt collega's (en jezelf) naar een volgend niveau. - Run the business: Jij bepaalt hoe je afdeling commercieel presteert. Van merchandising en voorraadbeheer tot de commerciële strategie. - Impact maken: Jij verhoogt de klanttevredenheid en draagt bij aan duurzame doelen, zoals de verkoop van circulaire productlijnen. - Next level moves: Jij bepaalt je eigen groeipad. Doorgroeien naar Store Manager, een expertrol in ons Warehouse in Tilburg of een stap naar het hoofdkantoor: Decathlon helpt je verder.

Wat bieden we jou - Salaris: Een startsalaris van € 2.720 bruto per maand, oplopend tot maximaal € 3.670 afhankelijk van ervaring. - Personeelskorting: 20% korting op al onze eigen merken. - Bonus: Een maandelijkse bonus tot 10%, afhankelijk van de bedrijfsresultaten. - Sport: Gratis toegang tot de Decathlon Coach-app met hardloopschema's, sportvideo's en voedingsadvies. - Aandeelhoudersplan: De kans om mede-eigenaar te worden van ons bedrijf. - Reiskosten: € 0,23 per km voor fiets of auto (max. 60 km/dag) of volledige vergoeding van je OV. - Vakantie: 24 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime contract, met de mogelijkheid om dagen te kopen of te verkopen. - Coaching: Laagdrempelige toegang tot professionele support voor je mentale gezondheid via OpenUp. - Pensioen: Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Detailhandel.
