Bij Dekker Dodewaard zoeken we een Teamleider / Manager Operatie die de dagelijkse terminaloperatie in goede banen leidt, medewerkers weet te motiveren en continu werkt aan verbetering. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit In deze functie combineer je leidinggeven met actief meewerken in de operatie. Je staat midden in het team, weet wat er op de werkvloer speelt en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak verlopen. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider / Manager Operatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en operationele resultaten van onze terminal in Dodewaard. Je zorgt voor structuur, bewaakt de voortgang en houdt oog voor zowel de mensen als de prestaties. Dit is een echte hands-on functie: je werkt ongeveer 90% van je tijd mee in de operatie. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, ondersteunt het team waar nodig en combineert dit met het organiseren, coördineren en verbeteren van de werkzaamheden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijkse operatie: je werkt actief mee in de terminalactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. - Aansturing van het team: je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, houdt overzicht en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en duidelijke afspraken. - Veiligheid en kwaliteit: je ziet toe op veilig werken, het naleven van procedures en het leveren van kwaliteit. Veiligheid staat daarbij altijd voorop. - Continu verbeteren: je signaleert knelpunten, komt met praktische oplossingen en helpt verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren. - Resultaten bewaken: je...
