Ben jij een ervaren douanedeclarant die klaar is voor de volgende stap, of stuur je vandaag al een team aan? Voor onze klant, een gevestigde douanepartner in Antwerpen, zoeken we een Teamleider Douane Declaratie. Jij coacht een team van declaranten, bewaakt de kwaliteit en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen.

Je leidt vanop de werkvloer, in een familiale organisatie met korte lijnen, weinig vergaderingen en veel vertrouwen. Wil je doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende rol, of heb je al ervaring als teamleider in douane, forwarding of logistiek? Dan ben je welkom. Daar staat een brutomaandloon tussen €3.500 en €6.000 tegenover.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verdeelt de opdrachten over het team en bewaakt planning en deadlines
  • Je controleert import-, export- en transitaangiftes en werkt zelf actief mee aan dossiers
  • Je coacht nieuwe en ervaren declaranten, samen met de training coördinator en jobcoaches
  • Je pakt complexe douanedossiers aan en zoekt praktische oplossingen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor claims, compliance, boekhouding en andere interne teams
  • Je houdt het team op de hoogte van nieuwe douanewetgeving en procedures
  • Je organiseert teamoverleg en zorgt voor een positieve sfeer
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere werkprocessen
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek, internationale handel of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een bijkomende douaneopleiding of certificaat (bijvoorbeeld een erkende opleiding douane en accijnzen) is een troef
  • Ervaring als douanedeclarant met leidinggevende ambitie, of al ervaring als teamleider
  • Goede kennis van import, export, transit en de bijhorende douaneprocedures
  • Vlot met Excel en douane-applicaties, kennis van PLDA, IDMS of AGS is een troef
  • Een douaneopleiding of certificaat is een pluspunt
  • Een duidelijke communicator die energie haalt uit het motiveren van anderen
  • Goed Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
