The posting

Als Teamleider ben je de belangrijke schakel tussen de productie en het team. Je organiseert het werk, zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot verlopen en werkt zelf actief mee in de productie.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Lossen van vrachtwagens;
  • Materialen in de kuipen/tanks storten;
  • Taken verdelen onder de verschillende medewerkers;
  • Het werk organiseren op basis van de aankomst van de vrachtwagens;
  • Rekening houden met bestellingen en productieprioriteiten;
  • De voortgang van het werk en de planning opvolgen;
  • De planning aanpassen wanneer dat nodig is;
  • Actief meewerken aan de productietaken;
  • Aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en de medewerkers begeleiden;
  • Initiatief nemen en oplossingen voorstellen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Jouw profiel

We zijn vooral op zoek naar iemand die praktisch ingesteld, dynamisch en sterk betrokken is bij de werkvloer.

Je:

  • Hebt een eerste ervaring in de productie en/of als teamleider;
  • Werkt graag in teamverband en kunt het werk goed organiseren;
  • Bent in staat om beslissingen te nemen en initiatief te tonen;
  • Bent flexibel en kunt je aanpassen aan de productieprioriteiten;
  • Steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent bereid om zelf actief mee te werken;
  • Bent betrouwbaar, georganiseerd en verantwoordelijk;
  • Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Talenkennis is zeer belangrijk voor deze functie:

  • Frans: zeer goede kennis
  • Nederlands: zeer goede kennis
  • Engels: goede kennis

Een goede beheersing van deze drie talen is belangrijk om efficiënt te kunnen communiceren met het volledige team.
