Als teamleider Inkoop combineer je jouw inhoudelijke kennis met je leidinggevende vaardigheden. Je werkt nauw samen met het team Inkoop en zorgt voor een fijne en open werksfeer. Daarnaast houd je overzicht op de processen en zorg je dat alles soepel verloopt. Dit ga je doen: - Je voert HR-taken uit, zoals jaargesprekken en het begeleiden van verzuim. - Je bewaakt de correcte uitvoering van de operationele inkoopprocessen, inclusief de PDCA-cyclus. - Je zorgt voor goede afstemming over inkoop binnen de organisatie en je afdeling. - Je gebruikt jouw inhoudelijke expertise om het inkoopproces verder te professionaliseren. - Je leidt inkooptrajecten waarbij je streeft naar de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en leveringsvoorwaarden. - Je onderhoudt actief contact met collega's door het hele ziekenhuis. - Je brengt hun behoeften in kaart en vertaalt deze naar de werkzaamheden van jouw afdeling. Je arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris & toeslagen Je krijgt een salaris tussen de € 4.246,- en € 6.220,- bruto per maand (bij 36 uur), passend bij je opleiding en ervaring. Deze inschaling is in FWG 60 volgens de cao Ziekenhuizen. Boven op je salaris ontvang je vakantietoeslag en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Daarnaast krijg je reiskostenvergoeding, inclusief een aanvulling als je met de fiets reist. Deze functie valt onder de generieke functie teamleider A. - Arbeidsovereenkomst Je krijgt een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd (met uitzicht op vast dienstverband), voor de duur van 12 maanden. Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week, met de mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken. - Vakantie & extra's Je krijgt bij fulltime (36 uur) jaarlijks 144 vakantie-uren en 57 uur persoonlijk levensfasebudget, ook inzetbaar voor verlof...
