Odisee is dé co­hogeschool van Vlaanderen en Brussel, omdat ze 100% wil inzetten op co­creatie. Bij Odisee denken en doen we zoveel mogelijk ‘in co’. Studenten, docenten, onderzoekers, bedrijven én de maatschappij: we werken samen aan een boeiend onderwijsproject. We bundelen onze krachten om de complexe uitdagingen van vandaag aan te pakken – binnen de hogeschool én op de werkvloer van onze werkveld­ en bedrijfspartners. Op die manier stomen we jongeren én volwassenen klaar voor een steeds sneller veranderende maatschappij. Onze hogeschool omarmt verschillen en diversiteit. Ze wil samen met studenten, bedrijven en andere partners experimenteren en ondernemen. Ze is gericht op levenslang leren en duurzaam praktijkgericht onderzoek, waar de maatschappij ook echt iets mee is.

Binnen het domein facilitair beheer wordt nauw samengewerkt met KU Leuven. Op campus Gent staat ons team facilitair beheer niet alleen ten dienste van Odisee maar ook van studenten en personeel van KU Leuven. Momenteel wordt samen met KU Leuven vorm gegeven aan een shared service center.

Functieomschrijving

Als teamleider facilitair beheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening op je campus. Tot de lokale facilitaire dienstverlening behoort onder meer: onthaal, events (schikking van lokalen, bewegwijzering, ondersteuning van catering), facilitair onderhoud van infrastructuur (schoonmaak, groenonderhoud), voorraadbeheer en logistiek (post, verhuis, bureelbenodigheden en meubilair, beroepskledij, afvalbeheer) en beveiliging van de campus. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-teamleiders op andere campussen en geeft leiding aan een lokaal team van facilitaire medewerkers. Je rapporteert aan het diensthoofd facilitair beheer.

  • Je behandelt facilitaire vragen/meldingen in ons helpdesksysteem en contacteert de juiste partijen om deze vragen/meldingen op te lossen.
  • Je stuurt diverse facilitaire leveranciers operationeel aan en stuurt en coacht interne medewerkers.
  • Je staat in voor de regie van interne verhuizingen en (kleine) verbouwingen.
  • Je assisteert bij interne evenementen.
  • Je stelt bestelaanvragen op, controleert facturen, volgt dagrapportages op.
  • Je bepaalt in overleg de prioriteiten, coördineert de facilitaire activiteiten en draagt zorg voor de nodige communicatie waaronder de documentatie van de processen binnen je verantwoordelijkheidsgebied.

Gewenst profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma - bij voorkeur in facility management - of beschikt over minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en een gedreven leidinggevende/coach.
  • Je bent goed in organiseren, je werkt zorgvuldig en stelt je graag dienstverlenend en servicegericht op.
  • Je bent je bewust van je eigen referentiekader, communiceert helder en luisterend en kunt verschillende perspectieven verbinden.
  • Je bent proactief, denkt in oplossingen en ziet wat er dient te gebeuren. Je bent hands-on.
  • Je bent resultaat­- en klantgericht, communicatief, pragmatisch en flexibel.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Excel en affiniteit met digitale tools.
  • Ervaring in een multi-stakeholder omgeving of met shared services is een troef.
