Je treedt op als tijdelijke teamleider van het team Facilitaire Zaken en Ondersteuning (circa 18 fte). Het team is verdeeld over de clusters: - Domein- en Bestuurssecretariaat - Receptie en KCC - Facilitaire Zaken Je waarborgt de dagelijkse dienstverlening en speelt een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de verhuizing naar een nieuw pand. Je biedt richting, structuur en ondersteuning in deze periode van verandering en bent zichtbaar en bereikbaar voor medewerkers, management en interne stakeholders. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Leidinggeven aan het team Facilitaire Zaken en Ondersteuning - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers - Zorgen voor goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende clusters - Personele aansturing en verzuimbegeleiding - Financiën en budgetverantwoordelijkheid voor het team - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dienstverlening - Begeleiden van facilitaire vraagstukken rondom de verhuizing naar het nieuwe pand - Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen team, management en interne opdrachtgevers - Creëren van een veilige, open en professionele werksfeer - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening Wie zoeken wij?
