Wil jij leiding geven in een dynamische kantooromgeving en meedraaien in de dagelijkse operatie? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. Als Teamleider Financiële Administratie combineer je het coachen van je team met hands-on bijdragen aan financiële processen binnen in een internationale setting.

Over de Afdeling TIP: Tip staat voor Tariff, invoicing & Pricing. Hier draait alles om het tijdig en correct vastleggen van tariefafspraken, koppelen van tarieven aan containers, het versturen van facturen en het behandelen van disputen. Samen met twee quality coordinators vormen jullie een team van 28 professionals. Als supervisor stuur je direct een team van 5 medewerkers aan, terwijl je zelf actief meewerkt in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Jij gaat:

- Werven, selecteren en opleiden van nieuwe teamleden;

- Coachen en begeleiden van je team, inclusief beoordelings- en ontwikkelingsgesprekken;

- Monitoren en aansturen van de teamresultaten;

- Ziekmeldingen opvolgen volgens wet- en regelgeving;

- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen, kantoren en klanten;

- Signaleren van verbeteringen en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie;

- Uitvoeren van TIP taken, inclusief Power BI rapportages en analyses.

Jij bent bent een ervaren leidinggevende in een kantooromgeving en voelt je thuis in een rol waarin je zowel stuurt als meewerkt. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

- Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een kantooromgeving;

- Analytisch, accuraat, proactief en resultaat gericht;

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;

- Ervaring met Power BI is een pre;

- Goed kunnen plannen, prioriteiten stellen en zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
