In het kort: Je gaat als teamleider/controller het team Financiën aansturen, financiële sturing en planning- en controlproducten versterken, rapportages en jaarrekening coördineren en directie, management en bestuur adviseren over financiële vraagstukken en risico’s. Teamleider Financiën/Controller (32-36 uur per week) Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een ervaren Teamleider Financiën/Controller die financiële expertise combineert met leiderschap en organisatiesensitiviteit. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met inkoop en inkoopprocessen. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor directie, management en bestuur en weet financiële inzichten te vertalen naar concrete sturing en besluitvorming. Omgevingsdienst Utrecht (ODU) is sinds 1 januari 2026 één organisatie, ontstaan uit de samenvoeging van ODRU en RUD Utrecht. De basis van de financiële functie staat, maar de organisatie bevindt zich nog volop in ontwikkeling. De komende periode ligt de nadruk op het verder versterken van de financiële sturing, het vergroten van de voorspelbaarheid en het verder opbouwen van de teams Financiën. Omdat invulling van de vaste functie nog niet is gelukt zoeken wij iemand die deze rol op ad interimbasis invult. We zoeken daarom iemand die niet alleen zorgt dat de financiële rapportage samen met de teamleden tijdig worden opgeleverd, maar vooral in staat is de financiële functie verder te brengen. In de rol van teamleider zorg je voor duidelijke prioriteiten en structuur binnen het team. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap en helpt medewerkers zich verder te ontwikkelen. Daarbij weet je wanneer je ruimte kunt geven en wanneer duidelijke sturing nodig is. Je overziet de samenhang tussen productie, capaciteit en financiën en weet deze te vertalen naar bruikbare stuurinformatie. Je bent analytisch sterk, kunt snel schakelen en bent in staat om financiële vraagstukken en risico's helder te presenteren aan directie, management en bestuur. De opdracht vraagt daarmee om iemand die inhoudelijke financiële desku.
