Als teamleider fiscaal ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor onze fiscale advisering en de uitbouw van onze fiscale (advies)praktijk. Je geeft leiding aan de fiscale professionals die vanuit onze verschillende vestigingen werkzaam zijn. Je helpt hen zich verder te ontwikkelen en ondersteunt indien nodig bij een taakverdeling binnen het team. Door een energieke, inlevende en positieve benadering haal je het beste in je team naar boven. Zodra het team en de fiscale praktijk verder groeien, kan de rol zich ontwikkelen richting directeur. Kortom: een nieuwe functie met veel ondernemerschap en groeikansen, zowel voor het team als voor jezelf. Vakinhoudelijk bezien zorg je ervoor dat iedereen de juiste kennis en middelen heeft om onze klanten goed te ondersteunen. Je hebt vaktechnisch een helikopterview, waarbij je onder meer zeer goed thuis bent in de VPB en IB. Je geeft advies over complexe fiscale vraagstukken, waaronder herstructureringen, bedrijfsopvolging en successieplanning. Waar nodig spar je met ervaren collega-fiscalisten ten aanzien van bijvoorbeeld de omzetbelasting of overdrachtsbelasting. Verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening hoort uiteraard ook bij jouw verantwoordelijkheid en tot slot onderhoud je goede relaties met bestaande en potentiële klanten. Jouw team Je maakt deel uit van ons fiscale team, een groep van 20 professionals die vanuit verschillende locaties werken. Jouw basislocatie is bij voorkeur vanuit het midden van het land.
