Als Functioneel Teamleider Digitale Zorg verbind jij de wereld van zorg, medewerkers en technologie. Je zorgt dat digitale mogelijkheden aansluiten bij wat cliënten en zorgprofessionals écht nodig hebben. Binnen Gemiva ondersteunen we mensen met een beperking om een zo goed mogelijk leven te leiden. Digitale zorg kan daarin veel betekenen. Minder administratieve regeldruk, goede en veilige informatie en slimme toepassingen die het dagelijks werk ondersteunen. Vanuit de afdeling Digitale Zorg draag jij hier direct aan bij. Je geeft leiding aan twee teams: Functioneel Applicatiebeheer Zorgapplicaties en Coaches Digitale Zorg. Samen met ruim 30 collega's binnen de afdeling vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de zorgpraktijk en de techniek. Je ondersteunt de Manager Digitale Zorg en zorgt dat ideeën, behoeften en ontwikkelingen worden vertaald naar concrete oplossingen. Je maakt samen met de teams een jaarplanning die aansluit op de informatiserings- en digitaliseringsstrategie. Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt overzicht en rapporteert hierover. Tegelijkertijd ben je zichtbaar voor je medewerkers: je voert gesprekken, coacht, motiveert en zorgt voor een prettig werk- en leerklimaat. Ook inhoudelijk zit je dicht op de ontwikkelingen. Je organiseert dat bestaande en nieuwe zorgapplicaties worden beoordeeld op doelmatigheid, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en toegankelijkheid. Zie je ergens een knelpunt of een kans?
