Team bestaat uit 18-20 personen. De huidige teamleider is uitgevallen en heeft aangegeven de functie niet te ambiëren. Deze opdracht is ter overbrugging van werving en selectie nieuwe teamleider Informatie over het team: team gaat een ontwikkeling door en moet uitgroeien tot een robuust FB team. Daarnaast staat het team voor een grote opgave om alle applicaties door een wasstraat te halen en een eenduidige werkwijze te kiezen. Ze zoeken een type die een visie functioneel beheer kan formuleren en uitwerken, die praktisch en pro-actief is. Doel van de functie: De Teamleider IV geeft hiërarchisch leiding aan de medewerkers binnen het onderdeel Functioneel Beheer (FB) binnen het Team Informatievoorziening. Daarnaast heeft de TL de integrale managementverantwoordelijkheid voor de inhoudelijke opgaves en realisatie van dit onderdeel. Specifieke bijdrage aan de organisatie: • Teamleider IV is verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het team dat bedrijfsapplicaties functioneel beheert en ervoor zorgt dat deze optimaal (blijven) aansluiten bij de behoeften van de gebruikers en organisatie en voldoen aan alle wet-en regelgeving.
