(Interim) Teamleider HR en Communicatie Gelderland Functie omschrijving (Interim) Teamleider HR en Communicatie Voor een publieke organisatie in Gelderland zoeken we een ervaren interim-teamleider HR en Communicatie. Je brengt richting, samenhang en voortgang in het team. Binnen HR werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en de inrichting van de werkzaamheden. Voor Communicatie bewaak je de continuïteit en ben je een aanspreekpunt. Praktisch - Regio: Gelderland - Uren: 24 per week - Start: zo snel mogelijk - Duur: 6 maanden, verlenging mogelijk - Werktijden: bij voorkeur maandag, dinsdag en donderdag - Werken op locatie, hybride werken is niet mogelijk Wat ga je doen? Je houdt overzicht over wat er speelt, stelt samen met collega's prioriteiten en pakt zelf inhoudelijke dossiers en complexe vraagstukken op. Je bent de schakel tussen het team, de manager en de directie. Je brengt in beeld wat nodig is, adviseert over inhoudelijke en organisatorische vraagstukken en zorgt dat belangrijke onderwerpen op tijd op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Daarnaast denk je mee over strategische HR-vraagstukken. Je onderzoekt hoe HR toekomstbestendig kan worden ingericht en adviseert over de werkwijze, taakverdeling en verantwoordelijkheden. Je bent benaderbaar en verbindend, maar durft ook kritisch te zijn en duidelijke keuzes te maken. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende, aansturende of leidinggevende rol in de afgelopen 7 jaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen HR in de afgelopen 7 jaar.
