Opdracht De gemeente Doetinchem zoekt tijdelijk een ervaren Teamleider HR en Communicatie. Het team HR en Communicatie bestaat uit ongeveer 20 medewerkers. Binnen deze opdracht zorg je voor inhoudelijke richting, samenhang en voortgang. Je houdt overzicht over wat er speelt, stelt samen met de betrokken medewerkers prioriteiten en pakt zelf specifieke inhoudelijke dossiers en complexe vraagstukken op. Binnen HR ligt de nadruk op de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en de inrichting van de werkzaamheden. Voor Communicatie zorg je vooral voor continuïteit, bewaak je de voortgang en ben je beschikbaar als aanspreekpunt. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen het team, de manager Organisatie en Dienstverlening, de gemeentesecretaris/algemeen directeur en de portefeuillehouder. Je vertegenwoordigt HR en Communicatie richting de manager, brengt in beeld wat er nodig is en adviseert over inhoudelijke en organisatorische vraagstukken.
