Je brengt verschillende expertises samen, stelt heldere prioriteiten en geeft richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van processen, data en systemen. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider HR Service & Beheer geef je leiding aan een nieuw te vormen teamonderdeel met verschillende functies en expertises. Je krijgt de ruimte om samen met het team verder te bouwen aan een klantgerichte, betrouwbare en efficiënte HR-dienstverlening. Daarbij zorg je voor duidelijkheid en richting, stimuleer je eigenaarschap en heb je aandacht voor wat medewerkers individueel en als team nodig hebben. Je brengt in deze functie de medewerkers samen van HR Service, Salarisadministratie, HR Data & Processen en de medewerker Arbeidsvoorwaarden om goede HR-dienstverlening te borgen. De specialismen liggen bij de medewerkers; jij brengt ze samen. Je werkt nauw samen met de aanwezige professionals en de coördinator, houdt overzicht en stuurt op samenhang, prioriteiten, kwaliteit en resultaat. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Je geeft situationeel leiding en coacht medewerkers in hun vakmanschap, samenwerking en ontwikkeling. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de personele bezetting, capaciteitsplanning, teamresultaten en het budget van het teamonderdeel. - Je stuurt op een correcte, tijdige en klantgerichte uitvoering van de HR-dienstverlening, waaronder de personeels- en salarisadministratie. - Je bewaakt de continuïteit, kwaliteit en rechtmatigheid van de dienstverlening en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. - J...
