Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider ICT Operations & Support geef je leiding aan de teams Systeembeheer en ICT Servicedesk. Samen zorgen zij voor een stabiele, veilige en toekomstgerichte ICT-infrastructuur én een toegankelijke, klantgerichte ondersteuning van medewerkers. Je verbindt de technische werking met de dienstverlening aan gebruikers en bewaakt de volledige keten van melding en analyse tot oplossing, communicatie en structurele verbetering. Je rapporteert aan de directeur ICT, Data en Innovatie.

Concreet heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je leidt, coacht en coördineert de medewerkers van Systeembeheer en de ICT Servicedesk en zorgt voor duidelijke doelstellingen, prioriteiten, taakverdeling en opvolging;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een geïntegreerde, performante en actuele ICT-omgeving, waaronder hardware, software, servers, netwerk, databanken en digitale werkplekken;
  • Je organiseert een toegankelijke en klantgerichte ICT Servicedesk als centraal aanspreekpunt voor incidenten, serviceaanvragen en gebruikersvragen;
  • Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en doorstroming tussen eerstelijnsondersteuning, systeembeheer, applicatiebeheer, ICT security en externe partners;
  • Je rapporteert periodiek over onder meer beschikbaarheid, incidenten, doorlooptijden, SLA-realisatie, werkvoorraad, terugkerende problemen, klanttevredenheid en infrastructuurprestaties;
  • Bij ernstige of ziekenhuisbrede ICT-incidenten neem je de operationele coördinatie op en bewaak je analyse, escalatie, herstel en heldere communicatie naar de betrokkenen;
  • Je identificeert en realiseert procesverbeteringen, onder meer binnen incident-, request-, problem-, change- en kennisbeheer, zodat de dienstverlening steeds efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker wordt.
  • Je werkt samen met de ICT security officer aan risicobeheer, continuïteit en de bescherming van systemen en gegevens tegen cyberdreigingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt een brede kennis van ICT-infrastructuur en aantoonbare affiniteit met servicedeskwerking, gebruikerssupport en de bijbehorende governance en processen;
  • Kennis van ITIL en ervaring met service- en projectmanagement zijn een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur aangevuld met leidinggevende of coördinerende ervaring;
  • Je bent een verbindende leidinggevende die medewerkers met verschillende technische en servicegerichte profielen weet te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen;
  • Je communiceert helder en transparant met eindgebruikers, management, ICT-collega's en externe partners, ook tijdens incidenten en onder tijdsdruk;
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht en technische affiniteit met klantgerichtheid, organisatietalent en besluitvaardigheid;
  • Je blijft actief op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen op het vlak van infrastructuur, digitale werkplekken, service management, cybersecurity en zorg-ICT.
