FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven teamleider(s)!

Wat ga je dagelijks doen?

Als ploegbaas stuur je jouw team aan op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen, coördineren en motiveren van het team op de werf.
  • Actief meewerken aan de uitvoering van de bouwwerkzaamheden en daarbij jouw technische expertise inzetten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en hen ondersteunen en begeleiden waar nodig.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de planningscoördinator en de zaakvoerder om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • De voortgang van de projecten opvolgen en tijdig rapporteren aan het management.

PROFIEL Jouw troeven

We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (rijbewijs BE of C is een pluspunt).
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan een team motiveren en aansturen.
  • Je bent bereid om zelf actief mee te werken aan isolatie- en renovatiewerken.
  • Je beschikt over een goed probleemoplossend vermogen en neemt vlot beslissingen op de werf.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed presteren in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je komt terecht in een jong en dynamisch team waar samenwerking centraal staat.
