Droom jij van een leidinggevende rol in de sportwereld, maar heb je nog geen ervaring? Bij Decathlon krijg je de kans om te groeien naar teamleider terwijl je werkt in een omgeving vol sportpassie!

Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider in opleiding sta jij centraal in de dagelijkse operatie van onze winkel. Je neemt de leiding over voorraadbeheer, merchandise, klantenservice en het verwerken van bestellingen. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het openen en sluiten van de winkel.

- Je geeft richting aan alle processen op jouw afdeling - Je vertaalt winkeldoelen naar concrete acties - Je werkt samen met het managementteam aan strategische plannen - Je regelt alle HR-zaken: van werving tot contractbeheer en verzuimbegeleiding - Je begeleidt en motiveert je team om het beste uit zichzelf te halen

- Passie heeft voor sport en kennis graag deelt met klanten - Leergierig is en zich continu wil ontwikkelen - Minimaal MBO-4 heeft afgerond (HBO is een pré) - Ervaring heeft in een klantgerichte omgeving - Goed aanvoelt wat klanten nodig hebben - Beschikbaar is voor 32-38 uur per week, inclusief weekenden en avonden - Nederlands uits
