- Vianen - €3.300,- tot €4.200,- p.m. - Nachtdienst Als Teamleider Inbound ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en aansturen van een veilig, vlot en efficiënt inboundproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat binnenkomende goederen volgens planning worden ontvangen, gelost en klaargezet voor de verdere verwerking. Ook houd je toezicht op een tijdige en complete doorstroom van goederen naar de verschillende depots en hubs. Je werkt in een dynamische crossdockomgeving waar een goede planning, snelle besluitvorming en duidelijke communicatie essentieel zijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers, hulpmiddelen en goederenstromen goed op elkaar aansluiten, zodat het logistieke proces soepel verloopt. Functieomschrijving Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? - Controleren of goederen volgens de afgesproken planning en aankomsttijden binnenkomen; - Registreren van binnenkomsten en rapporteren van eventuele afwijkingen; - Coördineren van het lossen van goederen, met aandacht voor snelheid en efficiëntie; - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften bij de docks; - Zorgen voor voldoende en passend gekwalificeerd personeel tijdens de dienst; - Bewaken dat het benodigde materieel tijdig beschikbaar is; - Organiseren van de juiste tijdelijke opslag en buffering van binnenkomende goederen; - Coördineren van de eerste voorsortering naar de verschillende sorteerprocessen; - Aansturen van medewerkers die pallets naar de juiste locaties verplaatsen; - Begeleiden van de verwerking van emballage en retourzendingen; - Controleren en administratief verwerken van retourgoederen en emballage; - Tijdig herkennen van verstoringen en passende maatregelen nemen; - Meedenken over en bijdragen aan verbeteringen in de inboundwerkzaamheden.
