Voor de Waterschap Scheldestromen is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Teamleider Informatisering en Gegevensbeheer voor 36 uur per week.

En onze rol krijgt nog meer impact als je kijkt naar de enorme uitdagingen door klimaatverandering, zoals de zeespiegelstijging en beschikbaarheid van zoetwater. Om Zeeland veilig te houden en het welzijn van haar inwoners te waarborgen, zoeken wij collega's die mee willen bouwen aan onze prachtige provincie. Opdracht

Op inspirerende en coachende manier zorg jij dat ieder teamlid het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Je hebt oprechte aandacht voor de mens achter de medewerker waarmee je een vertrouwde werksfeer creëert. Het vakgebied van dit team verandert snel door ontwikkelingen zoals AI en de geopolitieke situatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw team daarin mee kan meebewegen en een belangrijke bijdrage levert bij de ontwikkeling van informatisering en gegevensbeheer binnen de organisatie. Als teamleider weet jij daarbij de belangen en resultaten van jouw team samen te brengen met die van het waterschap. Zo bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendig waterschap waar iedereen zich thuis voelt en de organisatiedoelen worden behaald.

• Je levert een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van jouw team. Je ziet waar gewonnen kan worden op persoonlijke groei en teamontwikkeling en stuurt op een sterke samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen; • Je bent onderdeel van het managementteam van de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering, denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van de afdeling en bent sparringpartner voor je collega-leidinggevenden; • Je bent samen met de adviseurs van jouw team sparringpartner voor het management, directie en bestuur voor de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van informatisering; • Je voert de ambitie-voortgang-en evaluatiegesprekken met persoonlijke aandacht, waarbij je jouw medewerkers stimuleert
