De organisatie verzelfstandigt, de manier van sturen verandert en binnen Mens & Organisatie wordt gebouwd aan een toekomstbestendige HR-dienstverlening. Als Teamleider Instroom & Talentontwikkeling krijg je daarin een sleutelrol. Je brengt Recruitment, Leren & Ontwikkelen en het Flexbureau dichter bij elkaar en geeft leiding aan professionals die zich dagelijks bezighouden met een cruciaal vraagstuk: zorgen dat de juiste mensen binnenkomen, zich blijven ontwikkelen en op de juiste plek worden ingezet. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar veel kennis en betrokkenheid aanwezig is, maar waar tegelijkertijd behoefte is aan meer samenhang, structuur en professionalisering. Dat vraagt om een mensgerichte en koersvaste leider die professionals ruimte geeft, verbinding creëert en tegelijkertijd keuzes durft te maken. Iemand die over de grenzen van disciplines heen kijkt, verbeteringen daadwerkelijk weet te realiseren en energie krijgt van een omgeving waarin nog niet alles af is.
