De organisatie verzelfstandigt, de manier van sturen verandert en binnen Mens & Organisatie worden belangrijke stappen gezet om de HR-dienstverlening na verzelfstandiging weer op te bouwen en verder te professionaliseren. Als Teamleider Instroom & Talentontwikkeling krijg jij daarin een sleutelrol. Je brengt Recruitment, Leren & Ontwikkelen en het Flexbureau dichter bij elkaar en geeft leiding aan professionals die dagelijks werken aan één van de belangrijkste vraagstukken voor Prinsenstichting: zorgen dat de juiste mensen binnenkomen, zich blijven ontwikkelen en op de juiste plek worden ingezet. Je brengt structuur en samenhang, verbetert en ontwikkelt processen en helpt de verschillende disciplines om steeds meer vanuit één gezamenlijke koers te werken. Een rol waarin je niet in een gespreid bedje terechtkomt, maar juist veel kunt opbouwen. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met inhoudelijke stevigheid en krijgt de ruimte om zichtbaar verschil te maken voor medewerkers én voor de zorg aan cliënten. Het aanbod - Een jaarsalaris van maximaal € 99.325,- bruto per jaar o.b.v. 36 uur per week inclusief een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en 8% vakantietoeslag. - 144 vakantie-uren en 57 uur balansverlof per kalenderjaar bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Een dienstverband van 32 - 36 uur. - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. - Deelname aan de pensioenregeling van Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn een verdeling van de premiebetaling tussen werkgever en werknemer. - Een vergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer van €0,20 per kilometer en zakelijke reizen €0,32 - Jaarlijks de mogelijkheid om bepaalde arbeidsvoorwaarden uit te ruilen (zoals je salaris, vakantietoeslag of eindejaarsuitkering tegen andere kosten bijvoorbeeld voor een sportschool). - Ruimte en faciliteiten om werk en privé op een passende manier te combi...
