Meewerkend teamleider intensief, Schoorstraat 4-21 Op schoorstraat 4-21 wonen cliënten met een licht tot matig verstandelijke beperking en complexe ondersteuningsvragen. Gedrag kan een rol spelen in het dagelijks leven. Samen met je team zorg je voor een veilige, voorspelbare en stabiele woonomgeving, waarbij de behoeften van de cliënt altijd centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend teamleider combineer je het aansturen van het team met het werken op de groep. Je draait mee in het dienstrooster en bent daardoor nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse begeleiding van de cliënten. Vanuit die betrokkenheid coach je collega's, geef je richting en zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteit van zorg gewaarborgd blijft. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Je stimuleert hen om vanuit de visie van ASVZ te werken en helpt het team om samen te groeien. Je signaleert wat goed gaat, waar kansen liggen en weet collega's hierin op een positieve manier mee te nemen. Binnen schoorstraat 4-21 kunnen complexe situaties voorkomen. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, brengt rust in het team en ondersteunt collega's bij het analyseren van gedrag en het maken van passende keuzes in de begeleiding. Je werkt nauw samen met de sectormanager, orthopedagoog, verwanten en andere disciplines en bent een verbindende schakel tussen alle betrokkenen. Je: - stuurt het team aan en coacht collega's in de dagelijkse praktijk - werkt actief mee in de begeleiding van cliënten - bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de zorg - stimuleert samenwerking binnen het team en met andere disciplines - vertaalt beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk en draagt bij aan verbeteringen Je werkt onregelmatige diensten en draait mee in het dienstrooster.
