Haal jij energie uit het coachen van mensen, hou je graag de touwtjes in handen en wil je een rol waarin leidinggeven en operations samenkomen? Voor een internationale speler in government logistics en international relocation in Deurne (Antwerpen) zoeken we een Teamleider Internationale Verhuizingen die een gedreven team aanstuurt en mee verantwoordelijk is voor de vlotte opvolging van militaire verhuisdossiers.

Als teamleider ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle inbound dossiers van militair personeel dat internationaal verhuist. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier correct en op tijd klaarstaat voor de verdere operationele afhandeling en facturatie. Tegelijk sta je dicht bij je team: je coacht, stuurt bij, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat de doelstellingen gehaald worden. Een functie met echte impact, een aantrekkelijk loonpakket met bedrijfswagen en een uitgebreid leiderschapstraject om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt, motiveert en ontwikkelt je teamleden en zorgt voor een sterke samenwerking en kennisdeling
  • Je staat in voor de opleiding en onboarding van nieuwe coördinatoren
  • Je bewaakt de correcte en tijdige verwerking van militaire verhuisdossiers volgens de geldende procedures en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Je verdeelt het werk binnen het team, bewaart het overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten, zeker tijdens drukke periodes zoals de zomer
  • Je volgt de KPI's en resultaten van het inbound departement op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je detecteert knelpunten in de werking en denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en efficiëntie
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe agenten, Transportation Service Providers, military booking offices en militaire klanten
  • Je stemt vlot af met de interne operationele afdelingen zodat elk dossier tot een goed einde komt
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige dossierverwerking in de interne systemen, die je grondig aangeleerd krijgt
  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, transport, relocation of operations, is een sterke troef
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve skills en een analytische kijk op processen
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren, ook wanneer het druk wordt
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Een digitale reflex en de flexibiliteit om snel nieuwe systemen en werkwijzen onder de knie te krijgen
  • Een coachende, open en resultaatgerichte persoonlijkheid, met de maturiteit om mensen te begeleiden én bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel en ambitieus
  • Interesse in de internationale moving industry en de militaire sector
