De afdeling Support De afdeling Support is onderdeel van de bedrijfsvoering binnen de gemeente Nieuwegein (ca. 70 fte verdeeld over 4 teams). Samen met de afdelingen Communicatie Juridische zaken en Dienstverlening en Organisatie Personeel en Financiën ondersteunen wij de organisatie bij de uitvoering van het primaire proces door ervoor te zorgen dat medewerkers en bestuur hun werk zo goed mogelijk kunnen doen. Hoogwaardige kwaliteit van interne dienstverlening bieden, dat is waar wij elke dag voor gaan en staan. De afdeling Support bestaat uit vier teams: Interne dienstverlening, Beheer & Uitvoering, Regie & Advies en Maatschappelijk Vastgoed. Binnen onze organisatie houden wij van informele omgangsvormen. Jouw Team: Interne Dienstverlening Een team met 25 medewerkers onderverdeeld in twee units: (1) Facilitair en (2) Informatiebeheer. Onze medewerkers zijn heel belangrijk voor ons, als teamleider bied je allereerst goede personele zorg, je bent aanjager en innovator van ontwikkelingen en anderzijds zorg je ervoor dat de interne diensten en service goed en betrouwbaar blijven werken voor de organisatie.
