Dit ga jij doen Als Teamleider Juridische Zaken geef je leiding aan het team Juridische Zaken van Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR). Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers hun werk goed en met plezier kunnen doen, stuurt op de doorontwikkeling van het team en bent verantwoordelijk voor gedegen juridisch advies en een adequate ondersteuning van de commissie bezwaarschriften. Naast je teamleidersrol pak je de rol op als Projectleider voor de waterschapsverkiezingen van maart 2027. Je stuurt het projectteam aan, stemt af met de stuurgroep en neemt proactief deel aan gezamenlijke overleggen met andere waterschappen. Naar verwachting besteed je de helft van je tijd aan de verkiezingen en de andere helft aan je teamleiderstaken. Zodra HDSR een vaste teamleider heeft aangesteld, richt je je uitsluitend op de projectleiderstaken. - Geef leiding aan de juristen op het gebied van persoonlijke ontwikkeling, strategische advisering en werkverdeling; - Pak de doorontwikkeling en professionalisering van het team Juridische Zaken op en zorg voor goede samenwerking en heldere processen; - Wees een voorbeeld op het gebied van bestuurlijke en omgevingssensiti...
