Je bewaakt de dagelijkse voortgang, zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan en onderneemt actie wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Je stuurt een team van circa 11 operators aan en coacht medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Je bewaakt de personeelsbezetting en schakelt waar nodig met uitzendbureaus om openstaande diensten in te vullen. - Je start de dag met een ronde door het magazijn en bespreekt tijdens verschillende overleggen de personele bezetting, onderhoudspunten en operationele aandachtspunten. - Je neemt beslissingen en zet acties uit om knelpunten op te lossen en de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen. - Je verwerkt en sluit productieorders af in SAP en ziet erop toe dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal blijven staan. Wat wij vragen Je bent een stevige persoonlijkheid die duidelijk communiceert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en medewerkers op een coachende manier weet mee te nemen. Je houdt van aanpakken en kunt snel je weg vinden in een nieuwe werkomgeving. Daarnaast neem je het volgende mee: - Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring, waarvan ruime ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers; ervaring in een productieomgeving heeft nadrukkelijk de voorkeur. - Mbo+/hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting of levensmiddelentechnologie. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Een proactieve, besluitvaardige en stressbestendige houding.
