In deze rol geef je richting aan een team van 25-30 medewerkers en combineer je mensgericht leiderschap met een data-gedreven aanpak. Samen zorg je voor een optimale klantbeleving en een efficiënte dienstverlening. The job: Als Teamleider Klant Contact ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve resultaten. Je coacht medewerkers, bewaakt de servicelevels en stuurt op basis van data en resultaten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van 25-30 medewerkers; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, kwantiteit, voortgang, bereikbaarheid en servicelevels; - Het stellen van prioriteiten en zorgen voor een efficiënte inrichting en bezetting van het team; - Het voeren van ontwikkelgesprekken en bijdragen aan de uitvoering van het personeelsbeleid; - Het signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen het klantproces en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen; - Het werken met data, technologie en AI-oplossingen om efficiency en klanttevredenheid te verhogen; - Het bewaken van de dagelijkse bemensing en afstemming met WFM en Traffic; - Het bijdragen aan de werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers; - Het adviseren van management en stakeholders over klantprocessen, personeelsbeleid en opleidingsprogramma's. Kortom: jij weet mensen te verbinden, resultaten te behalen en met behulp van data en innovatie de klantdienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
