Werken bij Forte Om die beweging te leiden zoeken we een Teamleider Advies & Planning. Je krijgt de kans om samen met je team te bouwen aan hoe wij ouders in de toekomst willen helpen. Dit is jouw opdracht Als Teamleider Advies & Planning geef je leiding aan zes klantadviseurs en twee receptiemedewerkers op ons Centraal Bureau in Castricum. Jouw uitdaging? Een onderscheidende klantbeleving en een optimale kindplanning bij elkaar brengen. Je bouwt aan een afdeling waar ouders zich gezien, gehoord en geholpen voelen en waar onze merkwaarden betrokken, bevlogen, avontuurlijk en lef zichtbaar en voelbaar zijn in ieder contactmoment. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor slimme processen en een zo goed mogelijke benutting van onze beschikbare opvangplaatsen. Daarbij sta je naast je team. Je kent de dagelijkse praktijk en springt waar nodig bij: je neemt de telefoon op, helpt een ouder met een vraag of denkt mee over een complexe planning. Zo weet je wat er speelt en gebruik je die kennis om je team te coachen en onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft richting, coacht en ontwikkelt en blijft daarbij dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Je gaat onder andere: - Je team coachen en helpen groeien in hun rol als klantadviseur - Onze visie op onderscheidend klantcontact vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk - Sturen op een optimale kindplanning, bezetting en benutting van opvangplaatsen; - Werken met data en KPI's om resultaten inzichtelijk te maken en te verbeteren - Klantvragen, feedback, klachten en complimenten gebruiken om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren - Processen kritisch bekijken en verbeteringen initiëren - Zorgen voor goede bereikbaarheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit - Regelmatig aansluiten bij het dagelijkse werk van je team en waar nodig zelf bijspringen in het klantcontact of de planning - Samenwerken met onder andere clustermanagers, Marketing & Communicatie, ICT, HR en Financiën.
