Achter die dagelijkse operatie zit een team dat ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Voor dat team zoeken wij een enthousiaste Teamleider Klantenservice. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Klantenservice ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onze klantenserviceafdeling. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat klanten professioneel, vriendelijk en snel geholpen worden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor complexe klantvragen, ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat processen steeds slimmer en efficiënter worden ingericht. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van sales, logistiek, productie en bedrijfsbureau om ervoor te zorgen dat bestellingen en leveringen soepel verlopen. Zie jij knelpunten of kansen voor verbetering? Dan neem jij het initiatief om deze op te lossen. Kortom: jij houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een optimale dienstverlening. In jouw werk houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van het klantenserviceteam; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en service richting klanten; - Behandelen van complexe klantvragen, klachten en escalaties; - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte verwerking van orders en klantgegevens; - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen; - Optimaliseren van processen, werkwijzen en systemen; - Afstemmen met afdelingen zoals sal...
