IQ Select Nieuwegein Teamleider logistiek IJsselstein Wie is de opdrachtgever? Onze opdrachtgever handelt in food en non-food-gerelateerde producten. Het bedrijf heeft zeventien vestigingen door heel Nederland en rijdt met maar liefst driehonderd vrachtwagens. Vanuit de vestiging regio IJsselstein zijn zij per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste teamleider logistiek. Wat doet een teamleider logistiek bij onze opdrachtgever? Als teamleider logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk ofwel voor transport of voor het logistieke proces in het magazijn. Je geeft leiding een team wat een deel van de distributie verzorgd. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en de in- en uitgaande goederen. Ook leveren zij de producten af bij de eindklant. Als teamleider logistiek zorg je voor de optimale bezetting en het aansturen van alle werkzaamheden binnen de logistieke afdeling. Het analyseren en doorvoeren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen en kostenbesparing vind jij een uitdaging. Ook zorg je voor efficiënte werkmethoden, bezettingsgraden en inzet van je resources. Als teamleider logistiek vind je het leuk om in afstemming met collega's van andere afdelingen, zaken voor elkaar te krijgen. Belangrijk is een goede benutting van magazijnruimtes en transportmiddelen, tijdig onderhoud en het naleven van voorschriften voor veiligheid, hygiëne en arbeidsomstandigheden.
