Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider Logistiek. Heb jij ervaring met het aansturen van een magazijnteam en haal je energie uit het organiseren, coachen en optimaliseren van logistieke processen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Jouw taken

Als Teamleider Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de expeditieafdeling.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 40 magazijnmedewerkers.
  • De organisatie en opvolging van de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten.
  • Het bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie op de werkvloer.
  • Het opmaken van de personeelsplanning.
  • Het voeren van functioneringsgesprekken en begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Het deelnemen aan teamoverleg en het voorstellen van verbeteringen.
  • Het behalen van de operationele doelstellingen van de afdeling.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO/TSO) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als teamleider binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en werkt vlot met de computer.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem en af en toe in het weekend.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking staan voor jou centraal.
