Als Teamleider Logistiek op onze Regiohub in Den Bosch ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de dagelijkse operatie binnen het sorteerproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw team veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning werkt. Met jouw coaching en overzicht houd je de operatie draaiende en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer voor een team van vaste medewerkers en uitzendkrachten. Daarbij weet je mensen te motiveren, processen te verbeteren en prioriteiten te stellen in een omgeving waar tempo en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van operators en logistiek medewerkers; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van het sorteerproces en haalt samen met je team de operationele doelstellingen; - Je coördineert en optimaliseert logistieke processen binnen de regiohub; - Je signaleert knelpunten en komt met verbetervoorstellen om de efficiency te verhogen; - Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en spreekt collega's aan op kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt medewerkers zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen; - Je schakelt nauw met supervisors, chauffeurs en andere afdelingen binnen de operatie. Wat vragen wij? Jij bent een natuurlijke leider die energie krijgt van een operationele omgeving. Je houdt overzicht, denkt in oplossingen en weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen. Ervaring binnen transport, distributie, warehousing, pakketverwerking of logistieke processen is een grote pré. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Ervaring met het werken in verschillende systemen en operationele processen;...
