Teamleider Logistiek What's in it for you? Een leidinggevende rol midden in de logistieke operatie, waarin je dagelijks het verschil maakt op de werkvloer. Als teamleider logistiek bij Smeding Groente en Fruit stuur je medewerkers aan, bewaak je de planning en zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Je werkt binnen een moderne en dynamische omgeving waar dagelijks enorme volumes worden verwerkt. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die dynamiek geeft jou energie. Je werkt samen met drie andere teamleiders en rapporteert direct aan de warehousemanager. Binnen het warehouse werken dagelijks tussen de 90 en 135 medewerkers, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van grote operationele teams. In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid én de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen in processen, samenwerking en efficiëntie. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer, schakelt continu met verschillende afdelingen en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering en ontwikkeling. Daarnaast kom je terecht in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is, waar hard werken, samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen centraal staan. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken bij Smeding Groente en Fruit in Geldermalsen. Binnen het splinternieuwe distributiecentrum vinden dagelijks grootschalige logistieke operaties plaats. Het DC verwerkt enorme volumes: wekelijks gaan er circa 620.000 colli in én uit. De operatie is dynamisch en kent veel piekmomenten, waarbij structuur, overzicht en snel schakelen essentieel zijn. De organisatie heeft afgelopen jaar enorme stappen gezet en bevindt zich in een fase waarin verdere professionalisering centraal staat. Er wordt gewerkt aan betere processen, meer structuur vanuit SAP en verdere ontwikkeling van de teams op de vloer.
