Als Logistiek Teamleider Orderpicken geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van orderpickers binnen ons Centraal Distributiecentrum in Veghel. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alle klantbestellingen nauwkeurig en op tijd worden verzameld. Je start je dag op de werkvloer, controleert de bezetting en stemt af wat er gedaan moet worden. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig in het team, voert gesprekken met medewerkers en ondersteunt waar nodig bij operationele vraagstukken. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega-teamleiders en andere afdelingen binnen het distributiecentrum. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van vaste medewerkers en flexwerkers. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen en de productiviteit van je team en zorgt ervoor dat alle orders volgens planning gereed zijn voor transport. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van logistieke stromen en houd je toezicht op de naleving van HACCP-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
