- 38 uren per week - tussen €4661 en €5873 per maand - Werving en selectie 2-ploegen | Uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden Als Teamleider Logistiek zorg jij dat het logistieke proces binnen de locatie in Son goed verloopt. Van binnenkomende grondstoffen tot het verzenden van het eindproduct: jij houdt het overzicht en stuurt bij waar dat nodig is. - Plannen van de inzet van medewerkers en rijdend materieel; - Zorgen voor een goede goederenontvangst; - Bevoorraden van de productie; - Verzending van gereed product goed laten verlopen; - Toezien op veilig werken en het naleven van HACCP-regels; - Verbeterpunten herkennen en deze samen met jouw team doorvoeren. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst. Daarnaast werk je ongeveer eens per 2 à 3 weken op zaterdagochtend. Voor jouw ervaring en verantwoordelijkheid krijg je het volgende terug: - €4.661,38 tot €5.873,38 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur; - In dit salaris zit 15% ploegentoeslag verwerkt; - Daarnaast ontvang je €11,80 koude toeslag per week; - Een fulltime baan van 38 uur per week in een 2-ploegenrooster; - Overuren kun je laten uitbetalen of opnemen als tijd-voor-tijd; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Mogelijkheid om extra vakantiedagen bij te kopen; - Reiskostenregeling van 0,23 cent per km. - Onbeperkt toegang tot trainingen om jouzelf nog verder te ontwikkeling. - Korting op onder andere fitness, een fiets en telefoon of tablet via interne regelingen. - Collectiviteitskorting op aanvullende zorgverzekeringen. Je hebt al ervaring met leidinggeven en vindt het prettig om tussen jouw medewerkers op de werkvloer te staan. Je kunt beslissingen nemen, houdt overzicht en weet mensen mee te krijgen wanneer er iets moet veranderen. - Heb je minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring; - Ervaring binnen een food- of productieomgeving is een pre; - Heb je kennis van verschillende manieren van leidinggeven en coachen; - Kun je processen overzien en deze vertalen naar duidelijke acties voor jouw t...
