Over Champi-mer BV Champi-mer is een internationale producent van diepgevroren champignons en wereldwijd marktleider. In de fabriek in Kesteren worden dagelijks grote volumes verse champignons verwerkt: van wassen en snijden tot invriezen en verpakken. Dankzij een uniek productieproces wordt een uitzonderlijke versheid gegarandeerd. Jaarlijks produceert het familiebedrijf circa 90 miljoen kilo eindproduct voor klanten over de hele wereld. Het bedrijf heeft een gezonde groeiambitie en een no nonsense cultuur met korte lijnen en directe communicatie. De organisatie staat aan de vooravond van een groot project: de bouw van een nieuw vrieshuis en nieuwe verpakkingslijnen. Dit zorgt voor een dynamische werkomgeving waarin veel gebeurt en jij als Teamleider Logistiek een belangrijke rol speelt. Het team Als Teamleider Logistiek stuur je een hecht en ervaren team aan van circa 15 magazijn- en logistiekmedewerkers. Binnen dit team vormen drie collega's het logistiek administratieve hart, die je ondersteunt om de dagelijkse planning en documentatie soepel te laten verlopen. Daarnaast begeleid je twee medewerkers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de ontvangst van verse champignons. Het is een team dat gewend is aan aanpakken, elkaar helpt waar nodig en snel schakelt wanneer de productie daarom vraagt. Jij bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met plezier en duidelijkheid zijn werk kan doen.
