En wil je meegroeien naar een gloednieuwe, hypermoderne locatie? Dan zoeken we jou! Kom werken als Teamleider Logistiek, de standplaats is eerst Meppel en vanaf oktober in Zwolle.

Wie ben jij Als teamleider weet jij precies hoe je een groep mensen enthousiast krijgt. Je bent stressbestendig, communiceert makkelijk in het Nederlands én Engels, en je vindt het heerlijk om in de dynamiek van de middag- en nachturen te werken. Verder neem je mee:

- Een mbo-diploma (bij voorkeur richting logistiek). - Minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in de logistiek én ervaring met het aansturen van mensen. - Flexibiliteit: je werkt in wisselende middag- en nachtdiensten (de nachtdiensten zijn vooral van dinsdag t/m zaterdagochtend; de middagdiensten van maandag t/m vrijdagavond). Nacht van 00:15uur tot 8:30uur, middag 14:30 tot 22:45uur.

Wat ga je doen Geen dag is hetzelfde! Als Teamleider Logistiek ben jij de spil in de nacht- of middagdienst. Samen met je collega-teamleider en twee seniors stuur je een team aan van 10 tot 15 vaste medewerkers, ondersteund door een gezellige flexpool van zo'n 60 collega's. Jij zorgt dat de pakketten vlot, veilig en volgens de planning worden verwerkt.

- Het coördineren en bewaken van de dagelijkse logistieke processen. - Het coachen, motiveren en onboarden van je teamleden op de vloer. - Het maken van de operationele planning en het sturen op de KPI’s (kwaliteit en veiligheid!). - Knelpunten spotten en meteen oplossen én nadenken over hoe processen nóg slimmer kunnen.
