Je coacht medewerkers, bewaakt de voortgang en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Functieomschrijving Wil jij leidinggeven in een dynamische logistieke omgeving en dagelijks het verschil maken? Als teamleider logistiek bij DPD in Etten-Leur stuur je een team aan, houd je overzicht over de operatie en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je coacht medewerkers, bewaakt de voortgang en signaleert verbeterkansen. Geen dienst is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk uitdagend. Waar kom je te werken? Je werkt samen met de operations manager en een collega-teamleider binnen ons depot in Etten-Leur. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers, bestaande uit vaste collega's en uitzendkrachten. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst: - 15:00 tot 23:30 uur - 00:00 tot 08:30 uur Voor het werken in deze diensten ontvang je aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslagen. Wat ga je doen? Je start je dienst met het afstemmen van de planning en het verdelen van de werkzaamheden. Gedurende de shift houd je overzicht, coach je medewerkers en stuur je bij waar nodig. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de operatie soepel, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren van de dagelijkse logistieke processen. - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers. - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en productiviteit. - Monitoren van KPI's en signaleren van verbeterkansen. - Oplossen van operationele knelpunten. - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving. - Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager. - Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager en samenwerken met collega's.
