Voor een industrieel productiebedrijf in Nijkerk zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleider Logistiek . Ons aanbod - Een brutosalaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.000,- per maand, op basis van 40 uur per week; - 27 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Jaarlijkse winstdeling; - Een pensioenregeling conform de cao Metalektro; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Persoonlijk opleidingsbudget en toegang tot trainingen; - Collectieve personeelsvoordelen en deelname aan sport- en personeelsactiviteiten. Wat ga je doen als Teamleider Logistiek - Aansturen van het logistieke team en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen zodat materialen tijdig op de juiste plek zijn; - Bewaken van een veilige, opgeruimde en gestructureerde werkomgeving; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in de dagelijkse operatie; - Toezien op kwaliteit en naleving van gemaakte werkafspraken. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Teamleider Logistiek - Je hebt een mbo 3 of mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een logistieke achtergrond; - Je hebt werkervaring in een logistieke omgeving of magazijnbeheer; - Je hebt collega's aangestuurd, of bent klaar voor een eerste stap in een leidinggevende rol; - Je bewaart het overzicht in een omgeving met wisselende prioriteiten en weet het logistieke team mee te nemen bij veranderingen; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
