Wil jij iedere dag het verschil maken in een logistiek topteam? Als Teamleider Logistiek in Almelo krijg je de kans om te laten zien wat je kunt. Je stuurt 15 tot 30 collega’s aan en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de winkels en webshop altijd op tijd bevoorraad zijn. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het succes van het team. Je werkt fulltime (38 uur), in afwisselende diensten. Zo blijft je werk altijd boeiend en leer je elke dag bij. Jouw dag begint met het verdelen van de taken en het motiveren van je team. Je loopt actief rond op de werkvloer, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor een goede sfeer. Jij houdt het overzicht als het druk is en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en voert deze ook door. Tijdens piekperiodes laat jij je niet gek maken en blijf je het team positief aansturen. Deze baan is voor jou als je energie krijgt van samenwerken en het beste uit mensen wilt halen. Je neemt het voortouw, stimuleert groei en zorgt dat iedereen met plezier werkt. - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, liefst logistieke richting

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in de logistiek

- Je hebt kennis van Lean en procesverbeteringen

- Je werkt graag met WMS-systemen en hebt ervaring met voorraadbeheer

- Je beheerst MS Excel goed

- Je bent coachend, besluitvaardig en communicatief sterk

- Je houdt overzicht en motiveert anderen

- Je bent flexibel en werkt graag in verschillende diensten

- Je spreekt goed Nederlands
