In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om je leiderschap verder te ontwikkelen, processen te verbeteren en een team naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Samen bouwen we aan een logistieke afdeling die klaar is voor de toekomst. Over de functie Als Teamleider Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen van een team vanlogistiek medewerkers binnen het warehouse. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig,efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de voortgang, signaleertknelpunten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen enRapporteert aan de Warehouse Coördinator. In deze rol combineer je operationele aansturingmet coaching en ontwikkeling van medewerkers. 25 mensen aansturen Functieomschrijving - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en het stellen van prioriteiten binnen het team - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van alle logistieke activiteiten - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling - Signaleren van knelpunten in de operatie en zorgen voor passende oplossingen - Toezien op correct gebruik van materieel en hulpmiddelen - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen shifts - Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en toezien op naleving daarvan Functievereisten - MBO werk‑ en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek - Ervaring in een logistieke of warehouseomgeving - Ervaring hebben met het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands‑on mentalit...
