Wat ga je doen Als Teamleider logistiek ben jij het kloppend hart van de logistieke operatie bij een toonaangevende speler in de bloemen- en plantenbranche. Je stuurt dagelijks een enthousiast team aan en zorgt dat verse bloemen en planten tijdig en in perfecte staat verzendklaar zijn. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het soepel laten verlopen van alle logistieke processen, waarbij je continu schakelt tussen aansturen, motiveren en meewerken. Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het verdelen van de werkzaamheden en het opstellen van een strakke planning. Je houdt toezicht op de ontvangst, verwerking en verzending van de producten, signaleert knelpunten en lost deze adequaat op. Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's, stimuleert samenwerking en draagt bij aan een prettige, veilige werksfeer. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en springt bij waar nodig, zodat jouw team optimaal kan presteren en doelen worden behaald.
