Teamleider Logistiek (38 uur) Op locatie Amersfoort Salarisindicatie: € 2.754 - € 3.600 per maand Lijkt het jou leuk om leiding te geven aan de Afdeling Logistiek en ervoor te zorgen dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen? Functieomschrijving Als Teamleider Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de logistieke afdeling. Samen met het logistieke team zorg je ervoor dat alle goederen op tijd worden ontvangen, verwerkt en op de juiste plek in de winkel terechtkomen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en organisatie verlopen de logistieke processen veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning. Wat ga je doen? Je stimuleert en ondersteunt de medewerkers in hun werkzaamheden, verdeelt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang. Daarnaast stel je de personeelsplanning op, zorg je voor een representatieve en veilige werkomgeving en zie je toe op het juiste gebruik en onderhoud van transportmiddelen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de goederenontvangst, voorraadverwerking en afvalstromen en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om de logistieke processen continu te verbeteren. Samen dragen jullie iedere dag bij aan een goed gevulde winkel en een optimale winkelervaring voor de klanten. Wat bieden we jou? • Een salaris tussen € 2.754 en € 3.600 bruto per maand (op basis van 38 uur), afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, exclusief 8% vakantiegeld. • Toeslagen voor werken in de avonden, op zondagen en tijdens feestdagen. • 24 vakantiedagen per jaar.Flexib • Flexibele werktijden zodat werken goed te combineren is met je privéleven, zoals familie, vrienden, sport of studie. • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer (vanaf 10 km, met een maximum van 50 km enkele reis). • Personeelskorting van 10%. • Bonusregeling als gezamenlijke doelstellingen zijn gehaald. • Je krijgt volop mogeli...
