Voor een groeiende en internationale organisatie zoeken wij een Teamleider Logistiek . In deze functie geef je leiding aan het logistieke team en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Logistiek stuur je het team op de werkvloer aan. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de planning wordt gevolgd. Daarnaast werk je actief mee wanneer dat nodig is. Je houdt de kwaliteit en veiligheid in de gaten en spreekt collega's aan wanneer afspraken niet worden nageleefd. Ook begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers en help je het team om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Verder signaleer je knelpunten binnen het logistieke proces. Samen met collega's denk je mee over verbeteringen en zorg je voor een efficiënte werkwijze. Je rapporteert aan de leidinggevende en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team. Wie zijn wij? Dekker Services is een werving- en selectiebureau voor Groot Midden-Nederland met vestigingen in Ede en Harderwijk. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in logistiek, transport, aanverwante logistiek en de technische industrie die met logistiek te maken heeft. Voor deze vacature zoeken wij een Teamleider Logistiek voor een internationale en groeiende organisatie binnen de productie en logistiek. Wat vragen wij? - MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek. - Ervaring in een logistieke of productieomgeving. - Leidinggevende ervaring is een pré. - Je bent duidelijk, betrokken en communicatief sterk. - Je kunt goed plannen en houdt overzicht. - Daarnaast ben je flexibel en stressbestendig. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. - Je hebt een actieve en praktische instelling.
