Als teamleider logistiek stuur je samen met andere teamleiders het orderpickproces aan. Je zorgt dat alles overzichtelijk en efficiënt verloopt en creëert duidelijkheid voor je team. Je analyseert gegevens, deelt inzichten en werkt mee waar nodig om het proces te versterken. Een gemiddelde dag bestaat uit het aansturen van het team, het bewaken van de voortgang en het bespreken van verbeterpunten. Je onderhoudt contact met het management en bedrijfsbureau, en ondersteunt collega’s op de werkvloer. Je schakelt soepel tussen leidinggeven, organiseren en meewerken.

- Leidinggeven aan het orderpickteam (25 medewerkers)

- Efficiënt inzetten van mensen en middelen

- Dagelijks analyseren en delen van managementinformatie

- Signaleren en voorstellen van verbeteringen in het proces

- Verhogen van de efficiëntie en borgen van aanpassingen

- Afstemmen met management en bedrijfsbureau

- Actief meewerken wanneer nodig

- mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau

- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in leidinggeven binnen een logistieke omgeving

- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en zakelijk Engels

- In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat (of bereid dit via WerkTalent te behalen)

- Vaardig in analyseren, organiseren en coachen

- Besluitvaardige houding en gericht op verbetering
