Jij zorgt dat het werk goed is verdeeld, de bezetting op orde is en de operatie veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet wat er speelt. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, begeleidt hen tijdens het werk en spreekt hen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijk houd je overzicht over de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang en stuur je bij wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt. "Jij geeft richting op de werkvloer en zorgt dat jouw team de operatie samen goed laat draaien. " Werkzaamheden Je geeft leiding aan een team binnen het crossdock en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de werkvloer. Je combineert leidinggeven met een praktische aanpak en helpt mee waar dat nodig is. - Aansturen van een team van circa 15 tot 25 logistiek medewerkers. - Coördineren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen een 3-ploegendienst. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang. - Medewerkers begeleiden, motiveren en aanspreken op hun werkzaamheden. - Ondersteunen van de operatie en meewerken waar nodig. - Signaleren van knelpunten en direct bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is. Wie ben jij Je weet hoe een logistieke operatie werkt en vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een team.
