Klaar voor je eerste leidinggevende uitdaging binnen logistiek?

Voor een groeiende en dynamische logistieke omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Teamlead Logistics & Administration. Een mooie kans voor iemand die recent een bachelor- of masterdiploma behaalde en graag de stap wil zetten naar een eerste leidinggevende functie.

Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring als teamleader te hebben. We zoeken vooral iemand met potentieel, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de drive om bij te leren. Je krijgt ook voldoende de tijd om de organisatie, logistieke processen en systemen grondig te leren kennen.

Daarna neem je stap voor stap de dagelijkse leiding over een team van ongeveer zeven medewerkers binnen de logistieke administratie.

Als Teamlead zorg je ervoor dat de logistieke administratie vlot en correct verloopt. Je verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat je team weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je begeleidt en coacht je medewerkers en bent tegelijk het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne afdelingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met onder meer logistiek, productie, planning, customer care, kwaliteit en finance. Daarnaast waak je samen met je team over een correcte administratieve verwerking van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen.

Je volgt orders, transportdocumenten, leveringen en registraties op en grijpt in wanneer er afwijkingen of achterstanden ontstaan.

Je kijkt ook verder dan de dagelijkse werking.

Je merkt waar processen beter, eenvoudiger of efficiënter kunnen en neemt initiatief om deze te verbeteren. Zo werk je mee aan optimalisatie- en digitaliseringsprojecten en help je procedures en werkafspraken verder te professionaliseren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Logistics Manager. We zoeken iemand die klaar is om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en zich verder te ontwikkelen als leidinggevende. Je hebt:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in logistiek management, supply chain management, bedrijfsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Een sterke interesse in logistiek, administratie en processen.
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en voldoende maturiteit om mensen aan te sturen.
  • De durf om beslissingen te nemen, medewerkers aan te spreken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Een leergierige en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Een goede digitale vaardigheid en het vermogen om nieuwe systemen snel onder de knie te krijgen.

Een eerste ervaring in leidinggeven, planning, logistiek, administratie of customer service is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Ook ervaring vanuit een stage, studentenjob, project, sportvereniging, jeugdbeweging of andere context waarin je verantwoordelijkheid opnam, kan relevant zijn. Vooral jouw houding, leervermogen en ambitie om te groeien zijn belangrijk.
